I asked Google to review it and after about 6 weeks I was re-instated. While they were reviewing my site I actually took off all duplicate content, posted fresh original content and placed a number of outbound links to authority sites. The nicke was in the Forex market. When I first joined the conquest I did some sniping but am moving away from it and targeting niches now and my original niche network marketing as it has paid me a 5 figues income for months now. What I am going to do is target specific low hanging keywords to get more traffic and increase visitor levels. Will keep you posted as I go along.
