He got a job selling penny stocks at the Long Island company. At first, Jordan was extremely disenchanted with the overly causal and seedy work environment there. However, in a short period of time, Jordan became their top salesman and trained existing employees.
He explains how the opportunity came to him to open up his own company, but he had an extreme deficit in self-confidence. However, Jordan “soared” in Wall Street by having the ability to train ANY human being in his firm. He was able to “amplify” his trainees’ desire and make them rich. The second thing he did was selling niche stocks to wealthy people. Jordan explains how those two things combined to make him soar to great heights of success.
